Due to a season ending injury in 2015-2016 the 2017 season was a “unknown”,not only to Wofford, but also to Cameron. Jackson has clearly put his injury behind him as is ready for a explosive campaign. Cameron Jackson has all the physical tools to achieve those results. Cameron’s injury has not shown lingering effects as he can take over a game on both sides of the floor. Jackson does a great job of helping and recovering with the addition of blocking shots.
On the offensive side Cameron has a very reliable release on his free throws which will cash out. Jackson has showed the ability to catch tough passes and finish in small windows. Late in the contest Cam grabbed a rebound, reposted and rolled off a beautiful running one hand hook shot. Shortly after, Jackson made the defensive play of the game with pinning a potential dunk with two hands on the glass.
