Forsyth County High School All Star Game 2012

The members of the Sports Department staff of the Jerry Long YMCA (Winston-Salem, NC) are looking to embark on a journey that will take the mission of the YMCA, literally to the world. They are hoping to be able to venture down to the tiny, beautiful, Caribbean island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines on a SPORTS MISSIONS trip this summer for duration of five days. The plan is to take a skeleton crew of 11 people, who are willing to sacrifice their time and energy, to accomplish a threefold purpose in the tiny city of Camden Park, St. Vincent.

The group will be hosting the 1st annual Forsyth County High School All Star game. This will be a charity game used to help raise the funds needed to make the mission trip possible. While the West team will have players representing schools to the west of Forsyth County and beyond such as, Forsyth Country Day School, West Forsyth, Reagan, Davie, Mount Tabor, Reynolds and Calvary Baptist.
