After first declaring the talented UCLA freshman ineligible to play in college, the NCAA reviewed an appeal by the university and has now cleared Shabazz Muhammad to play at the collegiate level. The L.A. Times is reporting that there are conditions, including payback of $1,600 worth of impermissible benefits as well as several games he will have to sit out before he can join the team on the floor.
